Our client is a Swedish producer of prefabricated building frames. They manufacture and assemble steel structures and concrete elements for all types of buildings, including offices, hotels, public buildings, and larger multi-family houses.

Production is expected to increase, and the company now needs to hire two additional Production Workers/Factory Workers for a department that primarily works with hollow-core slabs.

Job Responsibilities:

As a factory worker, you will work in a prefab factory manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements, specifically hollow-core slabs. The work can be physically demanding and fast-paced in warm temperatures, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• You have previous experience in construction, concrete, construction assembly, heavy factory work, or industrial work within the prefab sector.
• You have good physical fitness.
• You can handle working in warmer temperatures.
• You speak Swedish or have good English skills (e.g., Polish and English).
• You hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and have access to your own car (if you do not live in close proximity to the workplace).
