Job Description

As a Project Engineer within KMA (Quality, Environment, and Work Environment), you will become an important part of the project organization and work on creating structure, quality, and order in complex construction projects. Unlike many other KMA roles, the focus is not on production on the construction site, but on supporting the client side with document control, quality assurance, and efficient working methods throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Ensuring structure and quality in project documentation
• Administering and following up on quality, environmental, and work environment documentation
• Working in systems such as Dalux, SharePoint, and iBinder
• Supporting project managers and clients with document control and administrative processes
• Contributing to the development of common working methods within KMA
• Monitoring that projects are conducted according to current requirements, processes, and regulations

Requirements for the Position

• Degree as a Construction Engineer or experience from the construction or civil engineering industry
• Experience working in a project environment
• Good administrative skills and habit of creating structure in documentation
• Good system proficiency
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience from a KMA role or similar function
• Experience in quality, environmental, or work environment work within construction projects
• Knowledge of AMA (Swedish Construction Industry Association's general specifications), standard contracts, or other regulations within construction
• BAS-P or BAS-U training (Safety Coordinators)
