Marbit AB is one of Stockholm's leading players within civil engineering, infrastructure, and construction. We continue to grow and are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our headquarters in Stockholm.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in quantity surveying within the civil engineering and construction industry. If you have slightly less experience but the right background and drive, that may also be interesting. The role covers the entire process – from tender documents to project start – and our projects vary in size up to approximately 100 MSEK.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals and plan tender work.
• Prepare tender calculations and documentation, obtain and evaluate quotations.
• Present calculations in joint tender reviews.
• Provide project support during the startup of new projects and ongoing support in current projects with ÄTA (changes, additions, and deletions), procurement, and scheduling.

Qualifications Requirements

• Post-secondary technical background in construction or longer relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, infrastructure, and construction.
• Experience with the calculation software MAP (or other calculation software such as Bidcon).
• Experience with tenders and understanding of contract law.
• Knowledge of quantity take-offs with technical descriptions and AMA/MER standards.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Bluebeam and Excel.
• Broad experience from roles such as Site Manager, Foreman, Supervisor, Setting-out Technician/Surveyor, Contract Engineer, or Skilled Worker.
• Experience from production with ÄTA management, procurement, and scheduling.
