Job Description

We are now looking for a Regional Manager for Road & Rail, responsible for approximately 220 employees primarily located in the Stockholm area. As Regional Manager, you will lead engaged teams, drive the business forward, and contribute to creating sustainable societies – for real.

You have overall responsibility for developing both the business and the people. You lead through other managers and are part of the leadership group for Road & Rail Sweden.

Your mission essentially revolves around three things:

• Collaboration and quality – ensuring our employees work together, learn from each other, develop, and deliver high quality

You will be based at our office in Solna.

Qualifications

You are a confident and clear leader with extensive experience within societal development and infrastructure as a consultant, client, or contractor. You have experience leading through other managers and thrive in a role where you combine business, development, and leadership. Leading a consultancy business requires the ability to balance business acumen with care. You understand how to create profitability in projects while building a culture where people want to contribute and develop.

You are:

• Strategic and present – you see the big picture and support when needed.
• Business-minded and customer-oriented – you build relationships that last.
• Engaged and inclusive – you believe in people and the power of collaboration.
• Communicative and articulate in both speech and writing, in both Swedish and English.
