About the Project Manager Role
As a Project Manager at Envac, you will drive projects for the development and installation of automated waste and recycling solutions from start to finish, including technical, functional, and economic responsibility. You will work with several projects in parallel, varying in timeframes and complexity.

In this role, you ensure that all project participants have the prerequisites to deliver by coordinating and monitoring the project phases. To succeed in this, you will collaborate closely with internal employees, customers, and suppliers to monitor resource and material planning, budget, quality, delivery, and schedule. You perform calculations, risk analyses, and review contracts regarding contracting law issues, ABT (General Conditions for Construction Contracts), and any ÄTA (Design and Build) handling. The position is located at Envac's office in Stockholm, and you will also perform planned visits to the sites.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and drive technical delivery projects through the entire project cycle in accordance with contracts and estimates.
• Prepare agreed-upon documentation, material orders, and delivery follow-up.
• Responsible for coordination and organization of design, assembly, commissioning, and function.
• Internal and external handover of facilities.
• Deviation management as well as budget and economic responsibility in projects.

About You
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in construction and civil engineering/mechanical engineering and are confident in contracting law, ABT, and ÄTA handling. Furthermore, you have extensive experience as a project manager or alternative work experience that can be assessed as equivalent, for example, several years of experience as a project engineer combined with a few years as a project manager in construction and civil engineering. To succeed in the role, you possess good system proficiency, fluent language skills in Swedish and English, and hold a B-driver's license.

Important for the position:

• Post-secondary education in construction and civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or something else that can be assessed as equivalent.
• Extensive experience as a project manager.
• Good knowledge of contracting law, ABT, and ÄTA handling.
• Good system proficiency.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
• B-driver's license.
