About the role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the project from contract signing to final handover. The focus of the role lies in the various design phases of the projects, where you have overall project responsibility and ensure that delivery takes place according to schedule, budget, quality, and customer requirements. This is where the foundation for the project's lifecycle is laid through technical coordination, planning, and close dialogue with the customer. You lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate specialists in areas such as structural construction and process design. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide, where you act as the connecting link throughout the project. Periodically, you will also work on developing internal working processes and methods. The corporate language is English, and the position involves regular international contacts and travel to our offices, customer projects, and industry exhibitions.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably a Civil Engineer in technology, construction, chemistry, industrial design, mechanical engineering, or a similar field combined with experience.
• Experience from large industrial construction or installation projects, preferably within the process industry or the Life Science sector.
• Documented experience in project management with responsibility for time, cost, and quality.
• Good communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and results-driven.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Swedish and other languages are meritorious.
