Site Manager for Betbygg Sverige AB in Stockholm

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Establish and monitor 3-week schedules, which are reviewed before and during UE meetings
• Prepare monthly economic forecasts for each UE, including reconciliation of earned value and estimated remaining work, and reporting to the Project Manager
• Be responsible for technical and economic deviations from signed contracts and report deviations that may lead to ÄTA or PF. Reporting to the Project Manager
• Conduct work preparations for critical work tasks
• Perform risk analyses for critical production steps
• Lead on-site coordination and be responsible for documentation and follow-up of quality and environmental work
• Active HSE (KMA) responsibility in accordance with the project's HSE plan
• Plan and conduct work preparations for quality-critical tasks together with foremen, YA, and UE

Requirements

• University education in civil engineering, construction production, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or equivalent leadership role in production
• Documented experience with HSE (KMA) responsibility for at least 5 years
• Experience in leading teams and coordinating complex projects
• Documented experience in the role of BAS-U (Principal Contractor)
• Completed at least two large residential projects with a project budget over 100 MSEK
• Experience with environmentally certified construction projects, e.g., according to Miljöbyggnad or the Swan label
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating teams across multiple disciplines
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written (communication with clients & authorities)
• Class B driver's license
