The property portfolio consists of approximately 150 properties with facilities for preschools, schools, elderly homes, outdoor and sports facilities, as well as offices. Responsibilities:

• Participate in design meetings as the client's expert and be responsible for reviewing documents.
• Be present during production and support project management by monitoring critical coordination issues within HVAC and requirements in production.
• Maintain and update the company's design guidelines within the area of responsibility.
• Ensure the quality of the managed portfolio by maintaining technical guidelines and advising with specialist knowledge when necessary.
• Conduct surveys and feasibility studies and propose suitable HVAC and energy projects, presenting them technically and in terms of profitability.
• Independently lead projects within the technical area, such as investigation projects and installation projects.
• Monitor legal and regulatory requirements within HVAC and ensure that guidelines comply accordingly.
• Provide HVAC expertise for warranty issues.

Qualifications for the position:

• Engineering degree at the university level in the HVAC field, or another education deemed equivalent.
• Several years of experience in the HVAC, consulting, or property industry.
• Knowledge of developing principle solutions for HVAC installations and their costs.
• Experience in reviewing designed solutions.
• Experience in leading HVAC/installation projects.
• Driver's license class B.

Meritorious

• Experience as a designing HVAC consultant.
• Experience in HVAC cost estimation.
• Experience in energy projects and energy monitoring.
