About the position

LämpöYkkönen is a leading Nordic expert in heat pump solutions, and we are now expanding into the Swedish market. As a Technician, you will primarily work with private customers and be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and service of air-to-air heat pumps. You will be part of a smaller, dedicated team consisting of a Service and Installation Manager and two technicians, with close collaboration and a strong focus on building efficient routines and creating customer experiences of the highest quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of air-to-air heat pump systems
• Troubleshooting and repair of air-to-air heat pumps
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Provide technical support and advice to customers
• Ensure that all work complies with applicable safety regulations and environmental requirements
• Identify opportunities to optimize system performance or recommend additional solutions to customers

The Swedish operation is in an early startup phase. A Country Manager is in place, and you will be involved in building the team and shaping our ways of working.

Is this you?

To succeed in this role, you need to have valid certification for handling refrigerants, such as an F-gas certificate, as well as documented practical experience in the installation and service of air-to-air heat pumps. Experience with installations in residential properties is advantageous, as is electrical certification. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position.

We expect you to work independently, plan and conduct customer visits efficiently, and deliver high-quality work with a clear customer focus. You communicate clearly and effectively, build trust, and enjoy solving problems and creating value for the customer. You are fluent in Swedish and comfortable with English at a professional level.
