About the Role

As a project manager with us, you have a central and responsible role in our projects. You primarily work with construction damage management related to insurance cases, but you also have the opportunity to bring in your own clients and broaden the assignments.

You are responsible for:

• Planning, execution, and follow-up of projects
• Leading carpenters and subcontractors
• Contact with insurance companies, clients, and policyholders
• Ensuring projects follow timelines, budgets, and quality requirements
• Documentation and quality assurance according to industry regulations and HRB's procedures

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in construction project management and construction damage management
• Is structured, responsible, and communicative
• Has knowledge of MEPS 2.0 (strongly meritorious)
• Speaks Swedish fluently and has a B driver's license

As a person, you have a genuine entrepreneurial spirit, are driven by development, and feel at home in roles where change is a natural part of everyday life. The role also requires strong prioritization skills and a structured approach when the pace is high.
