You will play a key role in a municipal infrastructure project focusing on detailed design, tender documentation, and support during construction. The assignment is suitable for you who want to work closely with technical requirements, quality, and feasibility in a dense urban environment.

You will start from existing construction documents as well as geotechnical and environmental technical data, and further develop these for a construction contract. The work demands high levels of structure, accuracy, and the ability to adapt documents to new conditions, client guidelines, as well as applicable legislation, standards, and industry practices.

• Develop and further refine tender documentation within the environmental area.
• Revise existing documents from ABT to AB04 and adapt them to new conditions.
• Review, quality assure, and ensure that documents are completed as FU documents.
• Provide relevant parts for quantity lists and technical descriptions for the technical area.
• Establish a mass handling plan with quantities.
• Check and reuse previously prepared documents for the construction contract.
• Identify any need for land intrusion and raise these immediately.
• If necessary, prepare a timeline for the delivery of all or parts of the assignment.

• At least 10 years of experience in environmental work.
• At least 5 years of experience as a technical manager.
• You are a civil engineer.
• You have previous experience with similar assignments.
• You have worked for a contractor in a total contract.
• You have produced construction documents and FU in a construction contract.
• You have documented experience as an environmental resource in a dense urban environment.
• You have experience from assignments for municipal operations as well as assignments in direct connection to track and road areas.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above)
