About the Assignment

You will step into a complex infrastructure and urban development project in a densely populated urban environment. The assignment includes detailed design, preparation of tender documents, and technical support during construction. You will further develop existing construction documents and adapt them to new conditions, technical requirements, and the client's guidelines.

The role is suitable for you who are confident in construction issues and used to delivering high quality in projects where coordination, precision, and feasibility are crucial. You will play a central role in ensuring that the documents are suitable for procurement of execution contracts, while also contributing support in production planning and collaborating with several technical areas, including geotechnics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and further enhance tender documents within construction.
  • Revise existing documents from ABT to AB04 and adapt them to new conditions.
  • Update construction documents based on technical requirements and the client's guidelines.
  • Review, quality assure, and re-stamp relevant documents to FU documents.
  • Reuse existing documents that do not require revision and complement with the parts needed for a complete basis.
  • Prepare documentation for temporary traffic solutions during construction and contribute to phase planning together with production planners or equivalent.
  • Collaborate with geotechnics where the project requires it, for example, if there is a need for sheet piling.
  • Prepare necessary parts for quantity lists and technical descriptions for the construction technical area.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in design.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a technical manager.
  • Previous experience in similar assignments.
  • Experience working for a contractor in a design-build contract.
  • Experience in producing construction documents and FU in an execution contract.
  • Experience as a designer in a densely populated urban environment.
  • Experience from assignments for municipal operations.
  • Experience from assignments in direct connection to rail and road areas.
