We are currently seeking an experienced and polished estimator within civil engineering for a permanent position with one of our most popular clients in Stockholm within the civil engineering sector.

About the Company

We are currently in a continued expansion phase and are seeking an estimator for our HQ in Stockholm. We are one of the leading actors within civil engineering, maintenance, and detailed planning of outdoor environments in Stockholm.

Since our start in 1973, we have been driven by the need to provide qualified civil engineering work. We have approximately 50 permanent employees and our headquarters are located in Solna.

About the Position

As an estimator, you support the project group and production with, for example, estimates, tenders, and planning.

Concrete Tasks:

• Perform administrative work.
• Prepare tender estimates and tender documentation.
• Prepare side tenders and alternative estimates.
• Prepare contract documentation.
• Prepare documentation and propose schedules.
• Make request for quotes.
• Evaluate quotes.
• Be responsible for system management.

Qualifications

• At least post-secondary construction technical education background (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of construction law.
• Experience with tendering.
• Knowledge of scheduling.
• Case/Project management.
• Purchasing.
• Several years of experience working as an estimator within civil engineering.
• Desirable: previous experience from the civil engineering industry.
• Desirable: good knowledge of Bluebeam, Map, and Excel.
• You should have knowledge of construction estimation software.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We also welcome experience with larger ERP systems and scheduling programs.
