Responsibilities
As a Project Manager in Ventilation, you will become a central part of Bravida's Stockholm operations, based in Årsta. You will work closely with service managers, branch managers, and colleagues within Energy and ROT. The team is characterized by drive, a competitive spirit, and strong team spirit. In this role, you are responsible for developing and driving their ventilation business forward, with a focus on quality, profitability, and satisfied customers. You are offered great freedom under responsibility and good opportunities to influence both working methods and development within the area.
You will, among other things:
- Lead multidisciplinary projects with an emphasis on ventilation through all phases, including responsibility for results and delivery
- Work both operationally and strategically with follow-up, analysis, and development
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships and create opportunities for upselling
- Ensure a safe, sustainable, and well-functioning work environment
- Contribute to engagement, participation, and clear communication within the team
- Continuously follow up and report on project economics and progress
We are looking for you who
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the ventilation industry
- Have around 2 years of documented project management experience
- Have good knowledge of AB/ABT and experience with ÄTA management
- Have a good understanding of contracting and service projects within ventilation
- Hold a B driver's license
- Have good computer skills, preferably in the Office package
- Have very good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with estimation work and tender processes
- Experience with financial follow-up and result control
