Due to increased order intake and new projects, the company is now looking for a paver (stone setter) who wants to contribute to the company's continued development. As a paver at Svemark Bygg AB, you will work on ground and construction projects where precision and professional knowledge are crucial. You are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out according to drawings, quality requirements, and the schedule.

The work is carried out both independently and in teams together with other pavers, ground workers, and site managers. You report to the nearest site manager and are an important part of ensuring that projects maintain a high standard.

As a paver, you will among other things:

• Perform laying of paving stones, slabs, and kerbstones in ground and construction projects

• Carry out preparatory ground work prior to paving

• Read and interpret drawings to ensure correct execution

• Ensure correct levels, slopes, and finish according to project requirements

• Collaborate with colleagues and site management in ongoing projects

• Be responsible for order, structure, and safety at the workplace

Desired Profile:

• Experience working as a paver

• Class B driver's license

• Ability to read and understand drawings

• Good teamwork skills

• Ability to receive and follow instructions

• Good physical work capacity

• Experience with larger contract projects

• Machinery experience

• Relevant certificates in ground and construction

Other:

Start: Immediately.

Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00. Evening work may occur.

Base: Projects in Greater Stockholm. Service vehicle may be taken home in some cases depending on the project. Office: Tumba.

Collective agreement: FORA.

Employment type: Full-time, 6-month probationary period leading to permanent employment.
