You are the one who ensures things work in reality.

As a service technician at JMS Water Purification, you install and service water purification systems at our customers' homes. You become an important person for the customer – the one who ensures that the solution works as promised and that the customer gets clean and fresh water in their daily life.

We are looking for someone with training in plumbing (VVS) who thrives in practical, independent work where customer contact is a natural part of the day.

About the role

In the role, you will work with, among other things:

• Installation of water filters and water purification equipment
• Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Customer contact in the home
• Planning of your own workday
• Documentation and reporting after completed work

You work out in the field and receive support from colleagues, customer service, and our internal organization. When you start with us, you will also receive product training in water purification.

We are looking for you who

• Have training in plumbing (VVS)
• Have practical technical understanding
• Are self-motivated, meticulous, and responsible
• Enjoy meeting customers and providing good service
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Can express yourself well in Swedish

Previous experience in service work, installation, or working in private homes is advantageous.
