Svea Solar is growing rapidly, not only organically but also through acquisitions. This means our customer base is expanding, contributing to June being our best sales month since March 2023.

To translate this increased sales volume into efficient installations with satisfied customers, we are now looking for an Assistant Regional Manager for Region East, with the ambition to eventually step into the role of Regional Manager.

As Assistant Regional Manager, you will lead and distribute the daily work for the installation, electrician, and coordination teams.

About the role & team

As Assistant Regional Manager, you will work closely with Regional Manager Andreas Karlsson. The role is designed as a development journey where you will gradually take on more responsibility, with the goal of eventually assuming full responsibility as Regional Manager.

You will become a key figure in the daily operations of Region East, which covers the area between Stockholm and Norrköping. The region consists of approximately 30 employees within installation, electrical, and coordination. You will primarily be based at our headquarters in Alvik, Stockholm.

Initially, Regional Manager Andreas holds the formal responsibility for personnel, budget, and working environment, but you will be involved in these areas and gradually grow into the responsibility.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work for the installation, electrician, and coordination teams.
• Hold daily check-ins with the teams and ensure an efficient workflow.
• Conduct Safety Walks and contribute to strong safety work.
• Monitor production, quality, customer satisfaction, and planning through relevant key performance indicators.
• Be a close support to our Installation Coordinators and Project Coordinators in their daily work.
• Handle customer cases requiring extra attention and problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and team performance.

Are we a match?

We are looking for someone who...

• Has experience leading or supervising a team.
• Has a practical background, for example as an electrician, technician, craftsman, or within another installation or construction business.
• Has experience from a field service organization, the installation industry, or the construction sector.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in occupational health and safety work.
• Experience from solar energy, electrical installation, construction, or scaffolding operations.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and engaged, structured and meticulous, as well as calm and stable even under pressure. You are a natural leader who builds trust and gets people to work towards the same goal.
