Leading Painter Wanted

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and business-minded painter who wants to become a key part of our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on production work but also has the ability to plan, coordinate, and contribute to creating new business opportunities.

As a leading painter, your primary focus will be hands-on work within our projects. As needed, you will also assist with planning, task distribution, customer contact, and follow-up. You will help drive projects forward in a structured and efficient manner while ensuring high quality and excellent service.

A key part of the role is being attentive to new opportunities among both existing and potential customers. Through professional interaction, strong customer relationships, and a solution-oriented approach, you will actively contribute to generating more assignments and developing the business.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and communicative. You are accustomed to taking initiative, identifying what needs to be done, and collaborating easily with both colleagues and customers.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in painting, construction, or a similar industry
• Experience in leading or coordinating work
• Strong ability to plan and create structure
• A business mindset and interest in customer relations
• Ability to identify and contribute to new assignments
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
