We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in construction project management, preferably with knowledge of wet rooms
• Thrives in a role that requires being solution-focused and confident in decision-making
• Understands the entire construction process from demolition to final inspection
• Communicates professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has natural drive and the ability to build strong relationships
• Is proficient with computers
• Holds a valid B driver's license

About the role

As a project manager here, you are the one who keeps projects together and ensures customers feel secure throughout the renovation. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating various project phases
• Creating optimal conditions for our craftsmen to work efficiently
• Conducting self-inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Maintaining schedules and keeping projects within budget
• Facilitating clear, secure, and ongoing communication with customers
• Tracking project progress and providing internal reports

Location: Stockholm

Start date: As agreed

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: Fixed monthly salary based on qualifications and experience
