Do you have experience in project management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting regularly receives requests from our clients for skilled and experienced project managers.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and employers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

The role of project manager involves, among other things, overall responsibility for planning and leading the work and preparing decisions for the client regarding time, economy, and quality. Tasks include, among other things, developing project plans, convening and leading meetings with groups within the project, as well as anchoring and communicating decisions and information within the organization. Furthermore, it includes procurement of resources, compiling tender documentation, negotiating with parties, leading environmental and occupational health and safety issues, and reporting to the client. You are also responsible for contacts with authorities, customers, and suppliers.

Competence

We are looking for you who have the following experience:

• Good knowledge of the civil engineering and construction process and documented experience in planning, design management, cost monitoring, forecasting, KMA, procurement, and production.
• You should have worked as a project/design manager and/or construction manager in civil engineering and construction for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• You have qualifications as a safety coordinator, BAS-P, and BAS-U.
• You have good knowledge of contract and consultant law, AB04/ABT06, as well as AMA and MER construction.
• A big plus if you have experience with concrete, preferably concrete class 1, ideally class 2. Experience from water and sewage (VA) projects is also desirable.
• You have a Master of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree, or other construction technical education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.
