Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting regularly receives requests from our clients for skilled and experienced construction managers.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and employers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at our client sites.

The Assignment

Assignments may involve new construction or ROT projects, residential or housing, primarily in Stockholm/Mälardalen. Typical tasks in this role include:

• Leading construction meetings, including minutes and follow-ups.
• Participating in other meetings (financial meetings, KA-meetings, KMA-meetings, etc.).
• Monitoring contractual requirements between the client and the contractor.
• Controlling schedules, payment plans, and ÄTA (Construction Cost Estimates).
• Ensuring that quality work, environmental work, and occupational health and safety work are performed according to regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Contact with authorities, utility owners, etc.
• Coordination between the project's stakeholders.
• Inspections.

Competence

As a construction manager with us, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on the contractors' work at the site. You will also have significant responsibility for occupational health and safety. Therefore, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

• You must have good experience in the construction industry and master the different phases of a project.
• You must have qualifications as an occupational health and safety coordinator (BAS P and BAS U).
• You should have worked as a construction manager/production manager for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a Master's degree in Engineering, another construction-related education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.
