Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting is now looking for a Construction Manager for the subway expansion - FUT.

You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

The Construction Manager's role is to support the project in various areas within design, planning, and production. You will have varied tasks and, above all, maintain extensive contact with our organization, external partners, and our contracted contractors.

Examples of tasks:

• Participate in rounds, inspections, and surveys.
• Prepare documentation for ÄTA (Authority for Technical and Administrative) works.
• Monitor and report on the contractor's progress regarding costs, schedules, quality, risks, safety, working environment, environment, and social sustainability.
• Conduct controls and spot checks.
• Review the contractor's work preparations, execution, and self-inspections to ensure compliance with the contract. Reviews must also be conducted against established requirements, designed solutions, etc.
• Monitor necessary permits from authorities and building permits, as well as conditions in other agreements and other necessary prerequisites.

Competence

The Construction Manager must have the following experience/competencies:

• At least a high school engineering degree or equivalent.
• Documented professional competence/education in the requested technical field.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a construction manager or project manager for corresponding contracts in the requested technical field.
• Documented knowledge in contract law and the regulatory framework of the technical field, e.g., AMA.
• All construction managers must be able to pass a security clearance.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Bas-U and Bas-P competence.

Meritorious experience and competencies:

• Experience working in tunnel environments.
• Experience participating in inspections.
• Experience working with testing and commissioning.
• Experience working with traffic authority track facilities or infrastructure parts.
• Experience working in production.
• Experience working with steel structures.
