Do you have experience leading and allocating work in large civil engineering and construction projects? Is leadership and quality close to your heart? Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our clients for senior and experienced site managers in civil engineering and construction.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and contractors. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at our client sites.

The Assignment

In the role of Site Manager, you are responsible for leading and allocating work, as well as ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained while preserving quality. This is a developmental role where you, at both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and the work environment in collaboration with other functions within the company. You have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects, including at least 2–3 years as a site manager for civil engineering or construction contracts.

Competence

We are looking for a driving, decisive, and communicative leader with a good overall perspective and the ability to lead teams and allocate work. Furthermore, you have:

• Documented experience in similar roles involving complex civil engineering and construction projects where multiple technical components interact, such as asphalt, curbs, pipes, water and sewage (VA), excavation, sheet piling, and blasting.
• Purchasing
• AMA (Swedish Construction Cost Management System)
• Settlement/Adjustment
• Project economics and scheduling

It is an asset to have a construction engineering education from a university or university college, as well as experience with personnel management in previous positions. You should also have experience with and be able to handle the most common digital tools.
