Fidior Bygg is growing and is now seeking an engaged estimator who wants to contribute to exciting projects within construction and contracting.

As an estimator with us, you will be responsible for estimation work across a wide variety of construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, site managers, and the CEO, giving you valuable insight into both projects and business operations. You will be based at our office in Skarpnäck and become an important part of a tightly knit team where we support each other and work towards common goals.

Your main responsibilities:

• Follow construction projects through the entire process and manage associated administration
• Be responsible for estimates, including quantity take-offs, pricing, and overhead cost calculations
• Support project management on matters regarding estimation and procurement
• Perform estimation and calculations using the Wikells estimation software

To thrive in this role, we expect you to:

• Have several years of experience in estimation work, preferably within construction
• Have relevant education in the field
• Have experience with estimation software (Wikells is an asset)
• Have a basic understanding of KMA (Swedish construction cost standards)
• Be structured and have good computer skills
• Have excellent command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
