Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting regularly receives requests from our clients for skilled and experienced construction managers.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and employers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at our client sites.

The Assignment

New construction, renovation, and extensions in the industrial sector:

Typical tasks in this role include:

• Leading construction meetings, including minutes and follow-ups.
• Participating in other meetings (financial meetings, KA meetings, KMA meetings, etc.).
• Monitoring requirements set in contracts between the client and the contractor.
• Controlling schedules, payment plans, and ÄTA (Construction Cost Estimates).
• Ensuring that quality work, environmental work, and occupational health and safety work are carried out according to regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Contacting authorities, utility owners, etc.
• Coordinating between the project's stakeholders.
• Conducting inspections.

Competence

As a construction manager with us, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on contractors' work at the construction site. You will also have significant responsibility for occupational health and safety. Therefore, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

• You must have solid experience in the construction industry and mastery of the project's various phases.
• You must have qualifications as a BAS P and BAS U coordinator (Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator).
• You should have worked as a construction manager/site manager for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• Experience with industrial projects is desirable.
• You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another construction-related education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.
