Entrecon Consulting has several requests from our clients for senior and experienced concrete site managers. The Assignment

In the role of Concrete Site Manager, you are responsible for leading and distributing work, as well as ensuring that the project's schedule and budget are maintained with quality intact. It is a developmental role where you, on both an operational and strategic level, drive and develop employees, processes, and the work environment in collaboration with other functions in the company. You have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects, of which at least 2-3 years as a site manager for concrete/construction contracts.

Competence

We are looking for a driving, decisive, and communicative leader with a good overall view and the ability to lead groups and distribute work. Furthermore, you have:

• Documented experience in a similar role with complex concrete/construction contracts where several technical parts interact.
• Purchasing
• AMA (Swedish standard for quantity surveying)
• Regulation/Settlement
• Project economics and scheduling
• At least Concrete Class 2, preferably Concrete Class 1

It is an asset to have technical education from a university or university college, as well as experience of personnel responsibility in previous positions. You should also have experience and be able to handle the digital tools most commonly used in the market.
