About the position
At Perido, we are looking for a helpdesk employee for our client, a government agency that is currently waiting for reinforcement in the form of a skilled and engaged colleague. The position is located in Stockholm.
The following tasks may be included in this position:
- Ensure IT equipment is functioning
- Provide service support to users via e.g. telephone, email, and chat regarding hardware and software
- Administer IT environments (e.g. user accounts, permissions, and print queues)
- Instruct users on how to work with various programs

Qualifications:
- University education in IT (for example, a Bachelor of Engineering with a data focus) or equivalent IT education and at least two (2) years of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, high school or equivalent knowledge and three (3) years of work experience from similar work
- Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- Good knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow)
- Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Scope and start date
Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-09-30, with the possibility of extension. Immediate start.
