You will step into a critical role within a socially vital operation in the energy sector, where IFS serves as a central system support for processes within asset, pipeline, and station management, maintenance, analysis, statistics, and documentation.

The focus is on strengthening the ongoing technical system administration of IFS, while you contribute to the development, configuration, and improvement of the system's structure and function. You will work closely with the business, end-users, infrastructure, external suppliers, and solution architects in an environment where administration, operations, architecture, and further development are tightly integrated. The work takes place in an organization using PM3 and PPS, where structure, collaboration, and quality are central.

This is a role for you who want to combine hands-on IFS work with broad impact in a technically complex environment where system support has direct significance for socially critical infrastructure.

• You will drive change management and development in IFS, including upgrades, implementation of IFS Aurena, and introduction of new modules.
• You will compare and further develop the IFS asset structure based on internal requirements for architecture, security, and system support.
• You will maintain information in the case management system and support users in their daily work.
• You will prepare documentation and instructions, including for incident management, and participate in dialogue with the business.
• You will develop and configure the system based on business requirements, as well as analyze and resolve system bugs.
• You will estimate, plan, and prioritize development tasks and deliveries together with the business.
• You will work with application operations, identify and correct incorrect data, and contribute to improved ways of working.
• You will handle technical issues and ongoing documentation, and collaborate with infrastructure and external suppliers to solve problems and plan changes.
• You will collaborate continuously with solution architects and serve as the contact person for issues regarding IFS infrastructure and architecture.

• University education of 120/180 credits in Computer Science, or equivalent education and/or at least 5 years of work experience deemed equivalent.
• At least 5 years of work experience in technical system administration of IFS.
• At least 5 years of work experience working with SQL/PLSQL and Windows and/or Oracle environments.
• At least 3 years of work experience with IFS in the field of asset management.
• At least 3 years of work experience working with architecture within IFS Architecture and/or system architecture including networks and Ubuntu.
• At least 3 years of work experience working with DevOps regarding deliveries and system operations.
• At least 2 years of work experience working with APIs and/or integrations.
• At least 2 years of work experience working with LCE (Life Cycle Experience, formerly build place) and Marble (IFS programming language).
• At least 2 years of work experience working with commissioning and upgrades of IFS.
• At least 2 years of work experience working with logging.
• At least 1 year of work experience working with IFS C.
• At least 1 year of work experience working according to agile principles.
• Fluent Swedish and full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted)

• At least 5 years of work experience in delivery coordination/release management.
• At least 5 years of work experience working with projections/permissions, system downtime, incident management, and/or troubleshooting.
