You will join a society-critical operation within the energy sector where IFS is a central platform for asset management, maintenance, analysis, statistics, and documentation. Here, the whole must function over time: business processes must be translated into sustainable system solutions, technical issues handled close to operations, and changes anchored with both management and projects. You will work in an environment using PM3 and PPS, with high demands on structure, traceability, and quality in the solutions. This is an assignment for you who want to combine deep IFS expertise with significant influence over solution choices in a complex and important operation.

• You are responsible for the overall solution for the asset register system, currently IFS, and ensure the whole fits together through clear frameworks, guidelines, and choices.
• You act as a bridge between projects, internal functions, and management to create a common understanding of needs, scope, and solutions.
• You drive scope and plans for investigations within both management and projects.
• You ensure that system solutions follow best practices and meet the organization's requirements over time.
• You analyze and distribute work within the team and contribute with leadership in daily work.
• You actively work with roadmaps, technical debt, and their impact on the solutions' lifespan and maintainability.
• You follow developments within IFS, for example by analyzing IFS Updates, and translate news into relevant improvements.
• You support design choices and solution questions, ensuring that quality attributes such as performance, scalability, robustness, flexibility, and maintainability are weighed against functional requirements.
• You ensure traceability between solution requirements and business needs so that solutions become consistent and sustainable in the long term.
• You also contribute to ongoing management work, application operations, technical issues, configuration of the asset structure in IFS, and support to end users.

• At least 10 years of work experience in the field of technical maintenance, construction, and/or asset projects, of which at least 5 years within the energy industry or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of work experience as a solution owner for IFS in medium-sized organizations (100-250 employees) in management and implementation of new versions, e.g., during upgrades.
• At least 5 years of work experience in translating business processes into system solutions for asset maintenance and/or asset projects (including document management) in IFS and its relations to other areas in IFS, e.g., finance, resource management, inventory, and business intelligence.
• At least 5 years of work experience working according to agile methodology with a focus on delivering iteratively and breaking down a solution into several steps in a long-term plan.
• At least 3 years of work experience with the IFS data model.
• At least 3 years of work experience with API and/or integration work.
• At least 3 years of work experience with go-lives and upgrades (updates) of IFS.
• At least 1 year of work experience working with ISO 27000.
• At least 1 year of work experience working with IFS C.
• Fluent Swedish and full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not permitted).

• At least 8 years of work experience working with IFS modules Inventory, Doc, Asset Des, Procurement, Maintenance, Linear Asset, and Sales/Contracts.
• At least 5 years of work experience working with LCE (Life Cycle Experience, formerly Build Place), Marble (IFS) coding language, and PLSQL/SQL.
• At least 3 years of work experience working with the IFS Project module, projections/permissions, PowerBI, IFS workflows, information security, and IFS AI/CoPilot.
