About the Role

Do you want to work in a role where you can be the hub of the network, helping both customers and colleagues, and managing cases from start to finish? Then this might be the job for you.

As part of our dispatch team (13 people + manager), you will receive incoming cases daily and plan technicians' schedules. You will also act as support for field technicians when they encounter problems. The work is varied, the pace can be high, and you will quickly face new challenges to solve.

Most importantly, you must have a willingness to learn and a genuine service mindset. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and will provide you with the time and support you need to get into the role. It is a plus if you have some experience and the ability to stand your ground. Previous technical or administrative experience is an asset. We prefer candidates who enjoy being on-site at the office, preferably 4-5 days per week. Our office is located in Bromma.
