You will join a major transformation program within the insurance sector where several parallel initiatives drive change in a complex business and system environment. The role combines operational test management in agile delivery trains with a broader responsibility for the program's shared testing work.

Here, you will both keep the daily testing work together and help shape how testing should function at the program level. This implies responsibility for test strategy, test planning, test environments, test data, methodology, and further development of test automation. You will become a key person in creating structure, synchronization, and quality between teams, systems, and external suppliers.

• You lead, plan, and coordinate system and acceptance testing within the program.
• You create an overview of dependencies, batch runs, data requirements, and reporting from external suppliers.
• You plan test runs and synchronize them with system testing, acceptance testing, and other teams.
• You drive daily test meetings with business testers and testers from different parts of the organization.
• You develop and manage the program's test strategy and test plan.
• You set requirements for test environments and coordinate needs with those responsible for infrastructure and environments.
• You ensure functioning processes and tools for planning, test cases, defect management, and traceability.
• You specify test data and ensure production likeness for reliable test results.
• You drive synchronization of test data between systems and teams.

• Several years of experience in test management or test project management in complex environments.
• Experience leading testing within major transformations or migrations.
• Experience of testing work in large organizations with complex system environments.
• Documented experience of working with external suppliers.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Several years of experience from the insurance industry.

• Experience of implementing larger standard systems, preferably Lumera or INCA.
• Experience of establishing or further developing test automation, e.g., process, framework, or technology.
• Experience of mainframe or large-scale computing.
• Experience of non-functional testing, e.g., performance, security, or volume.
• Experience of working with test environment strategy or test data management.
