As Technical System Manager for Data & Analytics, you will have the opportunity for developing and varied tasks. You will have broad and exciting overall responsibility for the VFS data warehouse. You will drive technical tasks within management and further development, striving for compliance and security.

You will also hold the agile role of Product Owner to contribute to planning and prioritization for needs from projects, business operations, and IT. An important part of the work is to maintain close and good communication with stakeholders to inform and capture needs and wishes.

The position is a probationary employment with the possibility of permanent full-time employment.

We are looking for you with a relevant university education in IT or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. We see that you have experience within BI / Data & Analytics, perhaps in similar tasks, or that you are currently a BI developer who wants to take the step towards planning, leading, and driving. You are skilled at translating stakeholder wishes into solutions that provide real benefits. It is an asset if you have experience leading work within a group. Furthermore, experience in the banking/finance industry or international collaborations is an asset. You have good communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Swedish and English.

Collaboration and team spirit are central to us; good communication skills are important both in speech and writing. Even though we like to work together in teams, it is also important to be able to structure and drive your own work independently. You thrive in a leadership role, like to work towards goals, and have the ability to create engagement in the team.
