Onsite Technician at Onitio in Stockholm

About the Role

As an onsite technician, you will be customer-placed in a team at one of our clients in Stockholm. You will be a key person in daily IT support. You will work to solve IT-related problems directly on-site and contribute to creating a smooth and efficient working environment for end-users.

Your tasks include:

  • Managing incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshooting and resolving client, application, and user-related issues
  • Working closely with the business and providing onsite support
  • Collaborating with the service desk, operations, and other technical teams
  • Contributing to improvements in support processes
  • Installation and configuration of computers and other IT equipment
  • Distribution and reception of IT equipment and mobile phones
  • Working in a ticket management system

  • Accustomed to handling both simpler and more complex support cases

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in onsite support
  • Good experience in troubleshooting in IT environments
  • Experience with ticket management systems
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
