About the Role

As a consultant at Onitio, you will be placed with one of our clients in Stockholm.

As an IT advisor for retail, your task is to provide stores with equipment and services for the store's IT operations. The main tasks are to help stores choose the right IT equipment that is cost-effective, meets requirements and needs, and ensures stable operations in the store. This means being an advisor on all types of questions regarding IT equipment, related services, and proactively helping stores that need to renew their IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, order, and coordinate the installation of IT infrastructure for stores in our order system
• Support and proactively contact stores whose equipment needs renewal
• Receive orders and inquiries from stores for current and future solutions
• Take an active role and responsibility for the whole process, from planning to completed installation
• Visit stores that need extended advice, at startup meetings or continuously during renewals

We are looking for someone with a good technical understanding, who is meticulous and administratively skilled. You need to have a good pedagogical ability to explain technical issues to customers with different levels of knowledge. You adapt easily to changing circumstances, and as a person, you are calm and accommodating even during periods of high workload.
