FRA is looking for someone with experience in Microsoft Azure, Intune, Windows platforms, as well as knowledge of scripting and automation. As a system administrator, you will work closely with several teams to ensure a modern and stable infrastructure. At FRA, we work on unique tasks – for Sweden's security and integrity.

Your Mission

As a system administrator, you belong to a unit within the technology department. The department is responsible for providing FRA with the technical systems needed for operations. The department develops, manages, and deploys new technical systems and handles the operation and maintenance of existing systems.

As a System Administrator focused on Microsoft Intune, you and your colleagues are responsible for development, maintenance, and management. You will work closely with several teams to ensure a modern and stable platform for our client environments.

In the role of System Administrator, your main tasks will be to administer and develop the Intune environment, primarily in the form of:

• Designing and implementing comprehensive Intune architectures – from Autopilot profiling to app and configuration policies (including application protection, compliance rules, and endpoint security)
• Automating using PowerShell and Graph API
• Daily work in Intune and related issue management and troubleshooting
• Development of technical documentation
• General application management

You Can

We are looking for someone with a technical interest, and to be eligible for the position, you meet the following qualifications:

• Completed secondary education with an IT focus or otherwise acquired necessary IT knowledge
• Several years of experience in development/operation/management of Microsoft Intune (client and mobile)
• Several years of experience in larger, complex IT environments
• Several years of experience designing and implementing new Intune environments
• Experience working with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Entra
• Experience working with Windows platforms
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to read technical documentation in English

In addition to the above qualifications, it is advantageous if you have knowledge or experience in the following:

• Post-secondary education with a technical focus
• Experience working with MCM, Active Directory, and GPO
• Experience with Zero-Trust architectures and working with locked environments
• App Control for Business
• Application packaging with PSATD and experience with AppLocker
• Experience with some administration of Windows Server – latest version

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, about 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class.
