You will take a central role in the management of telephony and Contact Center solutions in a complex environment within banking and finance. The focus is on ensuring the right actions in management, driving problem resolution forward, and contributing to the transition to new services. You will work closely with both business and technology, with internal teams, operational partners, and external suppliers.

• Ensure actions within the management of telephony and Contact Center solutions.
• Contribute to increased user understanding and user satisfaction for packaged solutions in the area.
• Drive ongoing problem resolution to completion in collaboration with internal and external suppliers.
• Adapt and update documentation for processes, routines, and changes related to the service.
• Work with lifecycle management for the service and contribute to the transition to new solutions.
• Manage dialogue with suppliers regarding incidents and operational changes.
• Support operational partners and suppliers in problem-solving efforts.
• Plan and lead release work within the management area.

• At least 4 years of experience with Contact Center services and telephony in both fixed and mobile solutions.
• Documented experience with IT solutions.
• Good understanding of applications and infrastructure within the telephony service area.
• Knowledge of traditional telephony solutions as well as cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of M365.
• Good knowledge of management of objects and services.
• Documented experience acting as a purchaser and driving governance towards external suppliers.
• Experience and good understanding of the intersection between business needs and technological possibilities.
• Experience with agile working methods.
• Experience with IT projects and requirements management.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

• Experience with Puzzel.
• Knowledge of banking and finance.
• Basic understanding of CRM.
• Experience with management of cloud services.
• Experience with IT workplace services.
• Experience with outsourced IT services and effective collaboration with external IT partners.

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Health and wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
