About the assignmentYou will play a central role in the implementation of a Contact Center solution for a major player in the banking and finance sector. The assignment covers both Sweden and other markets and is suitable for you who thrive in a broad delivery role with many points of contact.
You will work closely with the business, internal IT, and external suppliers to gather needs, analyze requirements, and create a clear plan for implementation, configuration, testing, and validation. The focus is on securing a solution that maintains high quality, works in practice, and meets the business needs over time.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and coordinate requirements and needs from the business.
- Drive planning for implementation, configuration, testing, and validation.
- Lead the introduction and deployment of the Contact Center service for the relevant businesses.
- Be responsible for delivery within telephony and Contact Center and contribute to the further development of the services.
- Follow up with external suppliers and other parties in the delivery.
- Support and collaborate with delivery teams, service owners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that agreed processes are implemented and functioning in the business.
- Contribute to ensuring that the service meets requirements for quality, functionality, and usability.
- You have several years of experience with Contact Center services and telephony, including fixed and mobile solutions.
- You have a good understanding of applications and infrastructure in the telephony area.
- You have knowledge of traditional telephony solutions and cloud solutions.
- You have knowledge of M365.
- You have some expertise in IT security and information security.
- You have experience with technology-intensive projects and deliveries.
- You have knowledge of banking and finance as well as agile working methods.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with the Contact Center platform Puzzel.
- Experience in the development and management of cloud services.
- Experience with IT workplace services.
- Experience with outsourced IT services and collaboration with external IT partners.
- Basic understanding of CRM.
- Permanent employment with Avaron AB
- Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
- Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
