You will step into a comprehensive transformation program at a larger player in the grocery retail sector, where logistics and IT are being modernized to create a more efficient, scalable, and future-proof operation. A central part of this development is the implementation of a new Transport Management System, which will play a key role in future transport planning and execution.

As a project manager, you will lead the TMS track within a common design phase in a larger program. You will work in a complex environment with several parallel initiatives and close dependencies on adjacent systems and processes, including ERP and WMS. The role suits you if you enjoy creating structure, gathering various stakeholders around a common vision, and driving the work forward in a context where both business and IT need to meet.

Here, you will play a key role in a change effort where clear leadership, good coordination, and the ability to switch between detail level and holistic perspective are crucial for achieving results.

• Lead and drive the work within TMS during the common design phase.
• Ensure coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and other projects within the program.
• Plan, structure, and follow up on deliveries, dependencies, decisions, and priorities.
• Clarify goals, scope, and expectations for relevant stakeholders.
• Create consensus between business, IT, architecture, and external parties.
• Contribute to the program's governance through reporting and decision support.
• Manage an environment with multiple simultaneous initiatives and dependencies on adjacent systems.

• Solid experience in leading complex projects in larger organizations.
• Experience in technical projects with many dependencies and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and accustomed to creating structure, clarity, and progress.
• Ability to switch between operational detail level and strategic dialogue.
• Experience with both agile and traditional working methods.
• Familiarity with working on solution and design documentation.
• Experience from logistics or transport-related projects.
• Ability to create engagement, consensus, and good relationships in complex collaboration environments.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
