Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to lead a Data Warehouse team in daily agile work and contribute to the implementation of a new target architecture for decision support and data management. You will work as a Scrum Master and/or team leader responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of the team's work.

The role includes facilitating agile ceremonies, managing obstacles, risks, and dependencies, as well as supporting the team in matters related to data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality. You ensure that solutions are developed in line with strategic guidelines and identify improvement opportunities in existing solutions.

You analyze the use of Data Warehouse and Data Lake, capture business needs, and ensure that the solutions create value. The work is done in close collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders, with responsibility for clear communication, continuous improvements, and establishing structure and working methods for a sustainable data platform.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have a relevant engineering degree in IT
• You have at least 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of data platforms in larger organizations with more than 5 data sources and 50 end users, including both Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions
• You have at least 8 years of experience with Data Vault
• You have at least 10 years of experience with the ETL tool Informatica, including pipeline design, error handling, and performance optimization
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a project leader (project or product manager) in data-related projects. The experience must include responsibility for leading and distributing work in development teams as well as assignments where collaboration has occurred with architects, business representatives, and system or source system owners
• You have documented experience as a project leader, product owner, or architect presenting, anchoring, and communicating solutions verbally and in writing in Swedish in collaboration with both business and IT
• You have the ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing

Desirable Qualifications

• You have experience conducting current state analyses of data and analytics operations and developing concrete action plans that have increased delivery capacity, quality, and long-term sustainability
• You have experience driving the implementation or further development of target architecture in the data area and ensuring that operational development follows established architectural principles
• You have experience establishing structures for governance and prioritization within Data Warehouse/Data Lake environments, including managing the influx of new requirements and balancing technical debt with business needs
• You have experience preparing and presenting decision-making materials for management in the data and analytics area, including impact analysis and recommendations
• You have experience leading teams in Scrum or other agile processes, including planning, sprints, demos, and retrospectives
• You have experience with assignments in the public sector
