About the position

As a junior support technician at Azeo, you will have a varied everyday life where you are an important part of our customers' ongoing IT environment. The role is full-time, and you will work closely with your colleagues in the support organization to ensure that our customers have a smooth and secure IT everyday life.

In this role, you will:

• Receive and manage incoming cases via phone, mobile app, web forms, and Teams
• Assist users with questions regarding folders, permissions, licenses, viruses, hardware, and similar
• Work with our standardized Microsoft installations that are rolled out to all customers
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in first-, second-, and third-line
• Be an important sounding board for our customers and support them in their daily IT usage

The position is initially a consulting employment with 2Complete, where you will work full-time at Azeo. Azeo is located in bright and modern offices in the heart of central Stockholm.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to develop within IT, enjoys customer contact, and likes to solve problems. To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have an ongoing or completed YH education or high school education in IT
• Be curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy talking to people
• Have a genuine interest in Microsoft's products and cloud services
• Want a first or early workplace where you can grow and learn a lot
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

• Enjoy working in a team where service and speed are important driving forces
