About the position

In the role of IT Workplace Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring a functioning and modern digital workplace. You work closely with external vendors where you follow up on deliveries, set requirements, and ensure quality in Workplace services. The role is varied and combines strategic management within Microsoft 365 with operational support to the business. You will be an important link between technology, vendors, and users.

Job responsibilities

The role involves broad responsibility for the internal IT environment, focusing on vendor management, user support, and strategic development of the Microsoft 365 platform to meet future needs in security and AI.

• Responsible for the administration of user accounts, permissions, and policies in Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Teams, etc.)
• Manage and follow up on licenses and work in tools like JIRA Servicedesk in an ordering role
• Follow up on IT vendors and ensure quality in deliveries within workplace, servicedesk, and network
• Provide support to the business regarding clients, IT equipment, networks, and digital meeting solutions

We are looking for you who

• Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience in management and/or support within Microsoft 365
• Solid knowledge of Windows-based client environments
• Experience with Azure AD and account management
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
• Experience working in both on-prem and cloud-based environments
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Certification in Microsoft 365 or similar
• Experience working in an ordering role towards IT vendors
• Experience in designing and implementing client platforms
• Experience in security work within M365 (e.g., Defender, governance)
• Experience from the public sector
