Senior IT Project Manager

About the role:

As a senior IT project manager, you will play a central role in driving and coordinating several business-critical system projects. You ensure that solutions are not only implemented – but also create real value and efficiency in operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing needs, preparing decision-making materials, and leading implementations in close dialogue with the business and external suppliers. You will work both operationally and strategically, with the opportunity to influence working methods, system landscape, and future solutions.

You will work with:

• Replacement of case management systems
• Building or changing accounts receivable systems
• Systems for commission calculation
• Integrations with sales systems

Qualifications:

• Senior experience in IT project management
• A good technical understanding and see the big picture in the system landscape
• Used to working proactively with development and improvement
• Experience documenting and structuring work
• Conducting analyses and comparisons
• Preparing decision-making materials
• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Enjoying dialogue with various stakeholders and collaborating with teams
• Good knowledge of Swedish and fluent in English
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Experience with integration projects or business systems
• Background in technology, support, or system-related roles
• Experience working in smaller or medium-sized organizations
• Previous experience leading external suppliers
