Responsibilities and Tasks

We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for the agency's work with licenses, system management, and governance of certain IT services.

In this role, you will among other things:

  • be responsible for coordinating and following up on the agency's software licenses and license agreements
  • support system owners and system managers in their work with management plans and system follow-up
  • contribute to developing and administering processes for IT governance and architecture governance to ensure that licenses, agreements, and system management comply with the agency's governance and regulations
  • act as support for the organization in matters concerning IT services, licenses, and vendor management
  • contribute to developing structures, working methods, and documentation in the area

The work involves many points of contact, both internally within the agency and with external suppliers and partners.

The role is located in the department for platform and IT services and means that you will be a central function in ensuring that our systems and services are used effectively, safely, and cost-effectively.

We are looking for someone who has

  • an academic background in areas such as computer science, technology, or economics
  • several years of experience working with licenses, license agreements, or IT assets
  • experience in IT governance, system management, or service management
  • experience collaborating with various stakeholders and representing business needs
  • experience structuring, documenting, and developing working methods
  • good communication skills in Swedish

It is an advantage if you also have

  • experience in procurement according to LOU
  • experience in IT architecture or architecture governance
  • experience in financial follow-up related to IT services or licenses
  • experience in vendor management or service collaboration

Abilities and Skills

To succeed in the role of service manager within IT at the Payment Authority, you are self-driven, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. You are service-oriented, clear, and have the ability to see the bigger picture.

The place of work is in Stockholm. The agency is located in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. Security clearance may be required. The position is a permanent full-time employment. A six-month probationary period may apply. You may be placed in a war position at the agency.
