You will play a key role in a strategic assignment within e-health, where you lead and coordinate initiatives involving multiple authorities, regions, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Here you will use your experience to create structure, drive progress, and build consensus among various stakeholders. The assignment suits you who thrive in cross-organizational contexts and are used to working closely with both steering groups and operational activities.

• Lead and coordinate joint activities within e-health
• Drive collaboration between state actors, regions, and other relevant stakeholders
• Plan and structure the work through timelines, risk analyses, and communication plans
• Manage complex dependencies and relationships between different stakeholders
• Follow up, analyze, and report to steering groups and management
• Ensure quality and compliance with relevant regulations within e-health
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making processes

• At least five (5) years of documented experience as a project manager in healthcare or the pharmacy market
• At least five (5) years of documented experience conducting investigations with various external stakeholders related to healthcare or the pharmacy market
• Documented experience leading joint or cross-organizational projects with multiple state actors and stakeholders
• Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish
• You need to be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

• Documented experience leading assignments on behalf of state authorities or within the framework of government assignments, including qualified report writing, analyses, interim reports, and final reports
• Documented experience of structured stakeholder work, facilitating decision-making processes, and leading complex dialogues between authorities, healthcare principals, healthcare professionals, or industry actors

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
