You will step into an organization at the intersection of retail and health, where digital customer interactions and store-related processes are central. The organization is modernizing its technical platforms to create better internal system support while meeting high expectations in both retail and e-commerce.

In this role, you will combine responsibilities as a Tech Lead and software architect within Commerce. You will lead the team both operationally and strategically, drive technical decisions, and design solutions with high demands on quality, security, and integrity. You will work closely with development teams, external partners, and suppliers, becoming a key force in creating sustainable solutions in an environment of continuous development.

• Lead technical initiatives within Commerce and set direction for architecture and design.
• Take overall responsibility for the software lifecycle, from planning and design to long-term management.
• Drive technical decisions regarding system integrations, event-driven architecture, and modern API platforms.
• Ensure that solutions meet high demands for quality, security, and integrity.
• Support the team as a mentor and sounding board, and contribute to continuous improvement and learning.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, external partners, and suppliers to develop solutions for both retail and e-commerce.

• Experience with system integrations and event-driven architecture.
• Good understanding of POS flows and retail-related systems, including payment solutions, cash logic, and operations in-store.
• Experience with scalable cloud-based solutions and DevOps methodology, including CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel flows and the customer journey in both retail and e-commerce.
• You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with composable commerce platforms, such as CommerceTools.
• Experience with headless architecture.
