Job Description

As a software developer, you will work on designing, developing, and further developing modern applications for our clients. Depending on the assignment, you will either work independently or alongside experienced colleagues in development, architecture, and other specialist areas. You will be part of a team driven by creating business and societal benefits through technology.

We collaborate with clients across various industries, both nationally and internationally, helping them to develop and advance their operations. With us, you will have a stimulating and varied job in projects that make a real difference.

The candidate will:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications (.NET/Java)
• Build scalable and modern solutions (APIs, integrations, microservices)
• Work fullstack with modern frameworks (React/Angular)
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Support clients in digitalization and transformation projects
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate closely with clients, teams, and architects

Qualifications

The candidate should have:

Education & Language

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or similar
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (due to client requirements and security classification)

Technical Experience

• 5+ years of experience in modern software development with Java or .NET
• Experience in fullstack, both backend and frontend
• Experience in building APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience with containers: Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD and version control (Git)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation)  

Working Method & Environment

• Experience from complex systems in security-critical environments
• Familiarity with working closely with clients in assignments with high demands on quality, security, and reliability

Meritorious

• Public sector / defense / critical societal systems
• Experience with serverless (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda)
• Identity & Access Management (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Keycloak)
• GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux), Helm
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka, Event Hubs, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with test automation (JUnit, xUnit, Jest)
• Experience with AI/ML integrations and generative AI
