Here you will have the chance to take significant responsibility and develop in an organization that values engagement and drive.

About the role

As a Support Manager, you will be a key person in the IT team, replacing a colleague who is moving on internally. You are expected to take significant ownership and be proactive in ensuring that the IT environment functions optimally for our important employees.

You will be offered

Our client offers a stimulating work environment with great development opportunities. You will have access to benefits such as snacks, light meals, Friday breakfasts with lectures, gym/exercise opportunities, and learning lunches. An inclusive culture where everyone helps each other and cares for one another.

Responsibilities

The role involves managing and resolving various IT support issues, focusing on the digital workplace and client management. You will be the face of IT support and contribute to an efficient and secure IT environment.

  • Manage support issues within the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g., Outlook, Visma, Pakt, digital workplace).
  • Contribute to client rollout of Windows 11 and Intune.
  • Troubleshoot and manage issues related to digital workplaces and synchronization.
  • Participate in on-call duty every seventh week to ensure availability around the clock.
  • Provide on-site support to users and manage office-related IT issues.
  • Assist in the migration of platforms, including SharePoint.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has previously worked in IT support.
  • Has good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Has experience with issue management and issue management systems.
  • Is familiar with Entra ID, Azure, and Intune.
  • Is willing to work on-site at the office and participate in on-call duty.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you have

  • IT education, such as a university degree or vocational training.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and high integrity.
  • Ability to be adaptable and structured.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Our recruitment process

This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position are sent to Academic Work.

We apply rolling selection and will take down the advertisement when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. When applying, a CV is requested. A cover letter is not used as a selection method and therefore does not need to be attached. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
