Job Description

With your computer at the ready and a burning motivation for problem-solving, we provide you with the tools you need to offer our customers excellent technical support in all situations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and managing cases via phone, chat, and email - you are the first point of contact for users and guide them forward with confidence and clarity.
• Making everyday life easier for users by solving their technical problems quickly, pedagogically, and with a service-oriented approach.
• Troubleshooting in various technical areas, such as networks, operating systems, information security, peripherals, and different technical environments - perfect for you who want to broaden your skills.
• Prioritizing, following up, and documenting cases so that each problem is handled in a structured manner and the operation runs smoothly.
• Learning new systems, methods, and techniques continuously in the role - here you will grow in an environment where development is a natural part of the job.

Develop in a stable and educational IT environment!

We would like you to have:

• Relevant high school education
• Knowledge of case management systems
• Overall knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
• Skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
