We are looking for a Project Manager for a company in Stockholm (Solna). The start date is in April, with an initial 8-month fixed-term assignment.

The organization is in an intensive development phase where the IT landscape is being modernized to meet future demands for efficient and scalable logistics. A central part of this journey is the implementation of a new Transport Management System (TMS), which will play a key role in future transport planning and execution.

About the assignment As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading the work around TMS within the framework of a common design phase in a larger program. You will operate in a complex environment with several parallel initiatives and dependencies, such as ERP and WMS systems.

The role requires clear leadership, good collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate organizations with many stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the TMS work within the common design

• Ensure coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and other projects

• Plan, structure, and follow up on deliveries, dependencies, and decisions

• Clarify goals, scope, and priorities

• Create consensus between business, IT, architecture, and external parties

• Contribute to the program's governance, reporting, and decision-making materials

We are looking for someone who has

• Solid experience in leading complex projects in larger organizations

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to create structure and progress

• Experience with technical projects with many dependencies

• The ability to switch between operational detail and strategic dialogue

• Experience with both agile and traditional working methods

• Familiarity with working on solution and design documentation

• Experience from logistics or transport-related projects

• The ability to create engagement, consensus, and good relationships

This role requires fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Stockholm (Solna). The start date is in April, with an initial 8-month fixed-term assignment, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This assignment is 75% on-site in Solna.
