Do you want to help build the data platform of the future for one of Sweden's most important authorities?

At EDGE Associates, we are now looking for a senior Solution Architect with a focus on data governance. You will become part of our team as an employee and step directly into a central role in an exciting modernization journey within the public sector. Here, you will work at the heart of a cross-authority development area that encompasses everything from data governance and BI to advanced AI.

As a solution architect, you will be responsible for the technical architecture work for platforms that enable sustainable and secure data sharing. You will be the link between conceptual models and practical implementation, ensuring that the solutions meet high demands for information security and legal requirements.

The work includes, among other things:

• Developing and managing solution architecture for modern platforms for data sharing.
• Translating conceptual models into data models, flows, and governance rules.
• Ensuring that the architecture adheres to established principles and security requirements.
• Participating in the development of long-term visions and roadmaps for data management.

🛠️ Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a solid background in data architecture and the ability to navigate complex environments with many interfaces.

We are looking for someone who has:

✔️ At least 6 years of experience in architectural work focusing on data/information (e.g., data platforms, integration, or master data).

✔️ At least 5 years of experience working with data and schemas in formats such as SQL, JSON, etc.

✔️ Documented experience in realizing conceptual models in IT systems, data models, flows, and governance mechanisms.

✔️ Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have:

➕ Experience working with API-based information exchange.

➕ Experience in architectural work related to system development in application layers, as well as understanding and requirements specification of infrastructure layers.

➕ Experience in information and data modeling.

➕ Experience with various solutions and principles for structuring data, both storage and exchange.

➕ Experience optimizing data flows.

➕ Experience in access control management.

➕ Experience in system design with Sparx Enterprise Architect (UML).

➕ Experience in agile development methods.
